Orders are shipped once payments are cleared and received.

Please also note that there is a handling processing time which can be 3-4 business days. Which we have worked into our shipping time frames.

These exclude weekends. We do not ship any parcels over weekends and neither do our suppliers.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds and if you wish to return some items we can offer you a credit for in stock items only.Must return items within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Do note that all shipping fees are non- refundable thus you the client is responsible for any shipping fees whether to receive or return stock. No refunds or guarantees/warranties on electronic items.

Any damaged or missing items need to be reported with us within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this time orders cannot be fixed.
All re-deliveries of a product will have a further R100 delivery fee.

Kindly note that all our products are grey market products. “Grey market goods” refer to goods imported without the approval or licence of the registered trade mark owner. We therefore cannot provide a warranty on the product and cannot be held liable in the instance where the product is not according to your specifications or specific need.

We do not offer refunds for products purchased. We supply Grey Goods which are all imported stock.

Delivery Policy

“Whilst delivery times are given in good faith and we use every endeavor to comply therewith, no responsibility can be accepted for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer on account of any delay in delivery arising out of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, should delays occur, we will communicate the unavoidable delay in delivery. Circumstances for delays in delivery may include, but not be limited to:
1. Any delays in the supply of goods by our Suppliers which cannot be directly or indirectly attributed to them;
2. The client not providing us with necessary information and/or access to their property in order to supply goods and/or services and/or to determine the specifications of the work to be done;
3. The balance of the contract price payable on date of delivery is not paid on date of anticipated delivery to us.
4. Please choose Insurance option to insure any parcels couried, in case of goods stolen while in courier possession. ​We do not take responsibility for goods once shipped and parcels have left our premises. 

Cancellation Policy

We may require a deposit of 70% as confirmation of goods and/or services to be supplied. that has been specially ordered. We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before delivery. The fee will depend on the nature of the order, the length of notice of cancellation before delivery, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the order and the reason for cancellation. No refunds on deposits in the event of cancellation for ordered/made or Special–Order Goods.”
 A cancellation fee of 40% will be charged for parcels cancelled that has already been shipped or processed.
Although we endeavor to supply products of exceptional quality, we cannot be held liable in the instance where allergic reactions etc., due to any circumstances not within our reasonable control, which circumstances may include, but it not be limited to the following:
1. The client or his/her /its employees not supplying us with the necessary access to their property in order to supply/prepare for the necessary/requested services/products. The client is responsible for providing access to their property at the scheduled time;
2. The client or his/her/its employees not providing us with the adequate information, necessary in order to ensure that the service/products supplied meets its specific requirements. We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change upon inspection of the property by us;
3. Any existing damage/impairment to client’s property not being brought to our attention before our work is initiated;
Guarantees and Warranty

Due to all the products and electrical items being Imported products, they are classified as Grey Goods, as the manufacturers of these items are overseas, therefore NO guarantee or warranty is offered on our items.
